United Way 2-1-1
United Way will connect you with a caring community resource specialist. United Way 2-1-1 (formerly First Call for Help) is an information and referral service that connects people to a variety of resources such as: help paying bills, housing search assistance, support groups, food pantries, community clinics, and many other services. They are available every hour of every day and can assist in almost any language.
Suicide Prevention Lifeline

24-hour, toll-free, confidential suicide prevention hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. Your call is routed to the nearest crisis center in the national network of more than 150 crisis centers.
